2. What size mold you can manufacture? How many molds you can manufacture per month? We have built 1.8mX1.5mX1.2m mold, it was 16 tons weight. We can manufacture 50 sets molds per month.
3. Did you manufacture overmold, insert mold, double colored mold, double stack mold and gas assisted mold? Yes, we have rich experiences on these kinds of molds.
4. Did you manufacture hot runner molds? Yes, we did. Most of time we use DME,HASCO and YUDO hot runner system.
5. What type of CAD files are comfortable for you? DXF,DWG,IGES,STEP,X-T,SAT,STL etc CAD files are comfortable for us.
6. What mold standards you use when you design the molds? Usually we use DME, HASCO, PARKER, DAIDO, LKM standards for our mold design. Of course sometimes we will design the molds follow customer's requirements.
7. What steel do you usually use? Usually we use IMPAX718, ORVAR8407, STAVAX136, GER2344, PX88, NAK80, NAK55, SKD61, P20, 420, H13 etc steel.
8. Will you provide spare parts for the damageable parts of the molds? Yes, we will.
9. How long time do you need to quote? We can submit our quotation to customer in 1 work day after we got the inquire with all the necessary details.
10. What is your sales terms? We quote the price on the basis of FOB Shenzhen / HongKong Port.
11.What kind of payment do you accept? First:40% down payment by check or wire transfer. Second:30% payment after mold T0. Final:30% payment before the mold delivery.
12.How often do you provide the progress reports to customers during manufacturing? Weekly progress reports are sent by email.
